In case you're waiting for a quote or other correspondence from Miss Saffron, I apologize for the delay, but there are changes taking place at Collarfactory that demand my attention right at the moment!
Here's some of what is shakin' at Collarfactory: Autumn Skye has moved into a new position, and will no longer be available to answer CF questions -- she may pop in from time to time (and will probably fill in for me when I'm not here), but at this juncture, please don't PM her - she will just pass your PMs on to me!! She and I are training a new person to take over her duties. More on that later.....
Things should return to "normal" next week, and I'll get to everyone as soon as I can! Here's my list of people to get to a.s.a.p:

Okay, so I read the title of this post and didn't read that you were the one posting it; I thought someone was being fairly rude there...
No rush on my question; I'm going out of town for a couple of weeks and won't be ordering (or online for that matter) before then anyway.

But seriously, look forward to meeting them, I'm sure they'll fit in just fine.  No rush on my quote either, since I'm not likely to be ordering 'til, y'know, September. XD

Nice always good having new staff on hand to help out. Hope we get to meet em soon.
Still wondering how the original Admin is doing...i think her name was Sharon, as any email i got from the forum was from sharon@collarfactory.com. and Idman...how is he doing?

Ummm... heh heh.... Sharon is Autumn Skye....  She's taking on other duties! Definitely a promotion!
I haven't heard from Idman... I assume he's still around, though!
Hmmm--- maybe I'll Edit the original post and add what you guys were asking about that I haven't gotten back to you about....  Check back later!

Yes, actually Megan was the original! I think CF was someone else's idea, but she basically created this monster known as Collarfactory! She's still involved to a degree.

Not a problem on the wait. Still waiting on my gal to get back in town so that she can get me a shipping address to send this to. We both travel extensively, so we're familiar with long waits followed by short periods of extreme activity.

Also anything bad that happens within their first month, you can just blame on the newbie, whether it was there fault or not...hell they don't even need to be at work that day to blame them for it.

Normal! Normal?!? Has it ever been normal around here ?
Yes, things have been quite crazy around here, so PLEASE be patient with us. We've been a bit behind schedule, but should be pumping a bunch out next week (I feel for Master Collar Maker, he will be a very busy man). Please, also have patience with Miss Saffron, she's going as fast as her little paws will go. Isn't she wonderful!?! She's got a wonderful sense of humor along with that sometimes tart tongue :> Sweet N' Sour! I Love it :>
Yes, I have risen to bigger (and much scarier) duties here. But, as soon as I get settled in, and know what I'm doing (if that ever happens), I plan on doing some order inputting and forum watching when possible. Until then Miss Saffron will take great care of you, along with her trusty new sidekick (who will be introducing herself to you soon we hope).
